Ballard Power Works is proud to be a licensed Segway Navimow dealer offering full repair and maintenance services. Whether you need a quick blade change, troubleshooting, or a complete in-shop repair, our certified technicians have the tools, training, and experience to get your mower running like new.
We provide both yearly maintenance plans and à la carte services for maximum flexibility, with work performed at our Janesville and Hayward, Wisconsin locations or on-site within our service areas.
Pay only for the service you need, when you need it
We offer convenient pay-as-you-go repair and service options for your Segway Navimow. Ideal for occasional needs, these services are priced higher than our annual maintenance plan to give you maximum flexibility. Please call ahead to schedule your service and arrange a drop-off time at our Janesville or Hayward location.
Blade Replacement – $49
Includes blades and labor. Performed by appointment at our Janesville or Hayward location.
In-Shop Repair Service – $90/hour
Make an appointment to drop off your mower at our Janesville or Hayward location for diagnostics, repairs, and testing. We also perform warranty work as a licensed Segway Navimow dealer.
On-Site Troubleshooting & Repair – $150/hour
For mower issues that require our technicians to come to you. Includes diagnostics and basic repairs.
Note: Travel outside 50 miles from Janesville or Hayward may incur additional charges.
Warranty Work
As a certified Segway Navimow dealer, we are authorized to perform warranty repairs on your mower at our Janesville or Hayward locations. Our technicians handle diagnostics, firmware updates, and repairs covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
All warranty work is performed in our shop. Please call ahead to schedule your appointment and arrange a drop-off time.
